Tell us the origin behind your name.
Shorty Mac, its pretty much speaks for itself, not trying to sound cocky and im not just referring to females when I mention Mac.I feel anything that I can invest into and make money, I’m pimpin it

What made you decide music was your passion?
Well, It goes many different ways, I started out young liking the old skool music from the Great’s like Michael Jackson, James Brown The Temptations,Frankie Lymon just to name a few. Everywhere me and my friends would go people would ask if we rap, said we look like a rap group. We dress and did rapper sruff but no music, so i got the music and people started liking it and i just kept going.

How would you describe your style of music?
I would say hip-hop, but I’m not going to box myself.

Tell us about the single you are currently pushing and where it’s available.
I’m currently pushing Get Down, its available on all major platforms

What else can we catch you doing besides Music?
Raising my son and shopping probably the only thing i do different, everything else is motion with this music, if i go out of town, its probably about music or any other business.

What’s next for you?
I’m get more visual to my music to paint a better picture with my fans. I got a EP I’m working on.
